This wine uses air dried fruit similar to the methods of Amarone or Vin de Paille in the south of France. Intense, lush, ripe fruit aromas showing peaches, nectarines and apricots with hints of pineapple and passion fruit. Great acid balance gives the natural flavors freshness and vibrancy. A luscious, full-bodied, velvety mouth-feel with great length in flavors showing fresh ripe peaches, kiwi-fruit and green apples and finishing with hints of grapefruit and marmalade. An excellent balance between acid and sweetness gives a fresh clean finish.
