The 2003 Hazy Blur Shiraz, Adelaide Plains is from a vineyard that is planted right next door to Ross’ home in the Adelaide plains. It is 100% Shiraz from 45- year old vines that yield about 2 tons to the acre. The wine was fermented and aged in new & reworked American oak hogsheads, 50% new 50% reworked.
