This wine is anything but evil. What could be nicer than top-rate Chardonnay fruit from some of South Australia’s best regions made into a voluptuous wine by Chris Ringland and, it’s all wrapped into an edgy package at a steal of a price.

Pure Evil is: 100 % Chardonnay from 5 to 15 year old vines. Fruit came from three distinctly different regions: 66% McLaren Vale, 11% Barossa Valley, 23% Riverland.

Pure Evil was: Born during the 2004/5 growing period. The season began with a wet winter followed by ideal growing conditions – a superb long ripening period of mild, dry days & cool nights.
