WINE PORTFOLIO
Initially aged in 225-300L old oak barrels for 5 years, then transferred to 2000L old oak for the rest of its aging prior to bottling. Vintaged from estate-grown fruit picked very late in the season, with high degree of raisined fruit. Harvest beaumés are 18-23 be (32-42 brix), with juice yields per tonne approx half of fruit picked.
