Boots White
Boots White is a wine that Trevor developed after conversation with Dan Philips. Dan had an idea about a wine style he believed would demonstrate the epitome of white wine making in the Barossa Valley. Boots White is a traditional-style of white wine, with a small amount of residual sugar and no oak treatment.

It comprises two of the classic Barossa varieties planted in the Barossa and Eden Valleys at the very start of white wine making in the Barossa. Those varieties are Riesling (65%) and Muscat d Frontignac (or Muscat Blanc, 35%). It’s a small-berried Muscat variety with lots and lots of flavor. The two varieties are particularly well suited to the Barossa Valley.
