It’s a pleasure to offer the wines of Trevor Jones. Trevor is one off the larger than life characters of the Barossa Valley. His wines are big and bold (like Trevor) and this first ever Boots Shiraz is a great example.

The vineyards used here are 30 years old and have relatively low yields. In 2004, a very good flowering and fruit set followed by late spring, early summer rains and cool ripening period enabled superb fruit flavors and solid phenolic ripeness.

The wood treatment was 10% new French oak with balance second and third fill French and American.
