The deep velvety red of the Cabernet Sauvignon from Paringa is very similar to the lovely red/black of a climbing rose. The intensity and brilliance hint at something good to come, and good it is although a little shy at this stage.

As you would expect of a one year old Cabernet, just bottled, it is yet to show its full potential, but it hints at future glory, in a demure manner. On the nose you will find the berry and floral characters of a well made Cabernet, and these will only develop and become more complex, and delightful, as the wine matures.
