The fruit for the VP has been sourced from the same estate, dry grown Bush vine Grenache vineyard since the first Noon Port made by David Noon back in 1979.

In the vintages that we are unable to produce a VP due to unsuitable conditions we release a Tawny blend which draws on very old stocks made by David Noon.

VP is a dessert wine produced from our old Grenache bush vines planted in the 1930’s. The grapes are harvested by hand when very ripe and the wine is made in only limited quantity, using traditional methods.
