A great, old-fashioned Australian wine style that's now becoming very fashionable. Drink it with anything and everything - it's great as an aperitif or a digestif, with meat, pasta or cheese, wonderful at Christmas or at any time and great on its own. Drink it tonight or it will keep for about 10 years. Rich black cherry/plum/berry fruit sparkles with layers of licorice, dark chocolate and mint. This is finely structured Sparkling Shiraz which will build in intensity over the coming years.
