The Sparkling Red is ruby red in color. The nose offers a mix of red berry fruits with some oak showing. We believe it like smelling the inside of a wooden spice cupboard. The palate has the sweet red fruits again with the bubbles highlighting the spice. Some residual sugar to fill out the middle palate and sufficient tannins so the finish is dry. A dry wine that can be served with turkey dinners or drunk with or without food, or for no reason at all.
