Trevor Jones Fine Wines
Trevor Jones’s winery is in the southern part of the Barossa Valley, near the town of Lyndoch, and the owner-winemaker sources grapes largely from that area. The fruit for Wild Witch, a dry-grown Barossa Shiraz, comes from 50-year-old vines that yield less than two tons an acre. The Grateful Palate also handles Trevor Jones Dry-Grown Shiraz, a Cabernet-Merlot blend, the unwooded Virgin Chardonnay and three Boots wines, a Shiraz, a Riesling-Frontignac blend and a Grenache, which is made with grapes from 63-year-old vines.
