Shirvington, in north-central McLaren Vale in South Australia, produces two outstanding wines, a Cabernet and a Shiraz, both made entirely from grapes grown on the estate. The vines were planted in 1996 in red clay over limestone by owners Paul and Lynn Shirvington. The wines are made by Kim Johnston.
