Theologicum is a Rhone-style wine made by Chris Ringland for RBJ, a label he owns with Russell Johnstone. The fruit, a blend of Mourvedre (also known as Mataro) and Grenache, comes from 35- to 45-year old vines in the Barossa Valley.
