Karel Lengs and Colin Cooter source grapes from several regions of South Australia—
Chardonnay and Viognier from Adelaide Hills and Padthaway, Shiraz largely from Blewitt Springs and Willlunga in McLaren Vale, and Riesling from three vineyards in Watervale, in the heart of the Clare Valley. Winemaker Colin Cooter also crafts a nonvintage Sparkling Red that is 70% Malbec, a grape not usually associated with Australia and 30% Shiraz.
