Geoff Weaver, formerly chief winemaker at BRL Hardy, makes Australia’s best Sauvignon Blanc for his own label. He not only grows his own low-yield, high-acid grapes in three Sauvignon vineyards in Lenswood, in the Adelaide Hills, he also makes the wine and designs the label.
