3 Rings wines are made by Chris Ringland from Shiraz grapes grown largely on 10-year-old vines from three properties in the Barossa Valley of South Australia. Production is 3 to 5 tons per acre. A very limited amount of Reserve Shiraz made with fruit from 100-year-old vines will be released in 2007.
